At goRCgo online shop, we accept and ship orders to all over the world.

We usually ship out your orders within 24 hours, sometimes it may take longer due to national holidays, weekends or Typhoon (happens a few times in a year, our staff get stuck in traffic, or post office closed).

We only sell what we physically have in stock. Our stock management is controlled by a state of the art software, where stock level will get deducted immediately after an item had been purchased

There is no hidden cost other than shipping charge. We will ship out exactly the item being advertised, and will not remove any accessories like other online shop does.

In case, unfortunately you did not receive your item at your end, (it happened in the past, which the tracking status will get stuck at one point, and not being updated anymore), we will issue a FULL REFUND. Alternatively, after consulting your opinion, we can ship you another unit

** For Fedex Express Delivery, please contact our support team colleague, and we will get a shipping quote for you in 24 hours. Fedex Express shipping is counted by dimensional weight, whereas Hong Kong post are all calculated base on actual shipping weight.

As soon as your order is received, as well as confirming payment. We will proceed your order to shipping department. They will pack your goods with layers of bubbles wrap, or with some foam or polystrene protection. After that your item will be placed inside a strong cardboard box for shipping.

Due to the fact that the shipping box has its own weight, perhaps an additional 0.2 Kg to your order. Therefore, in the shipping cost quote, there would be an additional entry named, 'Packaging Weight'

Please note that, for all radio control toys, containing electronic components. We will test them, making sure they are in perfect working condition before dispatch it to you. During the testing process, we will take extra cares, however sometimes minor scratches are inevitable.
